Trinity House – Penthouse Granted Permission

RW Nowlan & Associates Planning & Property Advisors in conjunction with Studio 3 Architects and CORA Consulting Engineers are delighted to have secured planning permission from Dublin City Council  for the addition of a 2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment on the third floor of existing Trinity House, Rathmines Dublin 6.

This application is the second planning application to have been secured on the site, with permission being granted last year for the addition of a 2 bedroom town house located on a infill site to the rear of Trinity House.

RWN would have originally acquired the site for a retained client in 2015 and have been actively planning asset managing this development since its purchase. The addition of two additional dwellings and additional asset management of the existing Trinity House has allowed us to add considerable added value to this residential investment.
